How do you prevent me from getting duplicates?

We use a simple online tracker. You simply login and enter your current collection, and then we’ll know which Game of Thrones POPs to send you so that you never receive one you already own!

How do you know what I want?

You can login to your account at any time and thumbs up all the POPs you would love; remember that you only need to do this for the Game of Thrones POPs as this is a Game of Thrones POP! subscription. This generates a wishlist and we prioritise this list and try and find the POPs you love!

What if I get a POP I don’t want?

You should never get a POP that you do not want, you must thumbs down POPs you are not planning to collect. By thumbing down a POP you add it to your blacklist and we will never send you anything from your blacklist.

When will I be billed?

You will be billedshortly after subscribing for your first box, and then you will be billed on the8th of each month.
