Pop In A Box – Delivery Information

At Pop In A Box, we’re committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and securely as possible.

Order Processing Times

  • Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Outside of peak trading periods, we aim to dispatch in-stock orders promptly, usually within 24 hours of purchase.

  • During busy periods (e.g. promotions, seasonal sales), dispatch may take up to 2–5 working days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email, including tracking information, once your order has been dispatched.

Pre-Orders

  • Products marked as pre-order will be dispatched once they arrive from our suppliers.

  • All estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith but may be subject to change due to factors outside our control.

  • Payment is taken at the time of order to secure your allocation. While we work hard to fulfil all pre-orders, payment does not guarantee product availability.

  • In the unlikely event we cannot fulfil your pre-order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Pre-orders may be dispatched separately from other items in your order.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping starts at £3.50 per order but free on orders over £50.
  • Standard delivery estimates: 2-4 working days from dispatch.

  • We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delivery Issues

  • If your tracking shows an order as delivered but you have not received it, contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days.

  • Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery, with photographic evidence of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
